Using the company's services constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions specified in this document. The user acknowledges having read and understood all terms and agrees to be bound by this agreement in its entirety.
1. General Provisions
1.1 This agreement is made between ServerToday (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the service requester (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
1.2 This agreement takes immediate effect when the User accepts the terms of service and/or begins using the Company's services.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to modify, change, or update this agreement at any time as deemed appropriate, with prior notice to Users through appropriate channels.
2. Personal Data Protection
2.1 The Company prioritizes the protection of Users' personal data by complying with:
    - Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA)
    - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
    - California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
2.2 Use of User Data:
    - The Company will use data solely for providing services to Users
    - The Company will not use data for advertising or other commercial purposes
    - Users retain all rights and ownership of their data
2.3 Data Disclosure:
    - The Company will not disclose data to third parties except:
    * With User consent
    * In compliance with court orders or authorized government agencies
    * When required by law
3. Security
3.1 Password Security:
    - Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their passwords and all account access credentials
    - Must create secure passwords meeting international standards:
    * Minimum length of 8 characters
    * Include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
    * Avoid easily guessable passwords
    - Must change passwords periodically as appropriate, especially when security risks are identified
    - Store passwords securely and confidentially; never disclose passwords to others under any circumstances
    - Avoid using the same password across organizational accounts and other services
3.2 Security Breach Notification:
    - Users must notify the Company immediately if they discover or suspect unauthorized account access or any security breach
    - Must cooperate in security breach investigations
3.3 Additional Security:
    - The Company recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security
    - If current services don't support 2FA, consider upgrading to service packages that support this feature
    - Once Users enable additional security measures, they must strictly follow the Company's authentication procedures
4. Service Restrictions
4.1 Prohibited Uses:
    - Illegal activities
    - Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful programs
    - Attacks on other systems or networks
    - Copyright or intellectual property infringement
    - Distribution of pornographic material
    - Sending spam emails
    - Actions contrary to public order or good morals
4.2 System Resource Usage:
    - Must use system resources appropriately within specified limits
    - Prohibited from using services in ways that may affect overall system performance
5. Service Suspension and Termination
5.1 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of:
    - Agreement violation
    - Non-payment of service fees
    - Illegal use of services
    - Security necessities
5.2 Service Termination by User:
    - Must provide at least 30 days advance notice
    - Must settle all outstanding service fees
    - Must backup data and remove equipment within the specified timeframe
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 General Liability Limitations
    - The Company disclaims all liability for damages in the following cases:
6.1.1 Access and Security-Related Damages
    - Account access using valid authentication credentials, whether by the User or third parties
    - Damages from password leakage, theft, or unauthorized use resulting from User non-compliance with security measures
6.1.2 Data-Related Damages
    - Loss or damage of data not backed up according to Company recommendations
    - Damages resulting from failure to follow security measures specified in Section 3.1
6.1.3 Indirect and Special Damages
    - Indirect or consequential damages including but not limited to:
    * Loss of revenue or business profits
    * Loss of business opportunities
    * Reputation damage
    * Punitive damages or other special damages
6.1.4 Service Interruptions
    - Service interruptions due to force majeure, including but not limited to:
    * Natural disasters
    * Terrorism
    * Telecommunications system failures
    * Widespread internet connectivity issues
    * Other events reasonably beyond Company control
6.2 Maximum Company Liability:
    - This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and is limited to the service fees received from the User in the current billing cycle
7. Contact and Issue Reporting
7.1 Contact Channels:
    - Must contact via Email or Ticket Support only
    - Must contact from registered user accounts
    - The Company does not accept issue reports through other channels such as LINE or LINE@
7.2 Issue Reporting:
    - Must clearly specify issue details
    - Must provide necessary information for problem resolution
    - Must respond to requests for additional information within reasonable timeframes
8. Service Updates
8.1 The Company reserves the right to:
    - Improve or modify services to enhance efficiency
    - Temporarily suspend services for system maintenance
    - Add or remove features as appropriate
8.2 Change Notifications:
    - The Company will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes
    - Users are responsible for monitoring Company announcements regarding changes
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Information Updates:
    - Users must immediately notify the Company of any changes to contact information
    - Must maintain current account information
9.2 Governing Law:
    - This agreement is governed by Thai law
    - Any disputes fall under Thai court jurisdiction
10. Agreement Acceptance
Use of Company services constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions specified in this document. The User acknowledges having read and understood all terms and agrees to be bound by this agreement in its entirety.
10.1 Implicit Acceptance:
    - Beginning service use constitutes implicit acceptance
    - Payment for services constitutes implicit acceptance
    - Absence of objection within 15 days after notification of agreement changes constitutes acceptance of the amended agreement
10.2 Effects of Acceptance:
    - User agrees to be bound by all terms
    - User acknowledges having fully read and understood the agreement
    - User accepts potential risks arising from service use
