The Company will retain your personal data while you remain a customer or otherwise maintain a relationship with the Company, or for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this policy. After your relationship with the Company has ended, the Company will continue to retain your personal data for the period necessary according to the prescription period, or for the period required or permitted by law, such as:
- Retained under the Anti-Money Laundering Law for 5 to 10 years from the end of the relationship, as the case may be.
- Retained under the Financial Institution Business Law, Securities and Exchange Law, Accounting Law, and Tax Law for 10 years from the end of the relationship.
In this regard, the Company will take appropriate steps to delete or destroy personal data, or make it non-personally identifiable when it is no longer necessary or when such retention period has expired.
